Cooling system replacement

For Frigel Firenze S.p.A. and Top Teh d.o.o., we carried out the replacement of obsolete cooling equipment at Argeta's production facility in Sarajevo (Atlantic Group). The existing units were replaced with three brand-new water-cooled inverter chillers, FRIGEL 3FX 575, providing a total cooling capacity of 1.5 MW, together with new pumps and filtration equipment.

All works – including the dismantling of the existing equipment, mechanical installation works, electrical installation works, and system commissioning – were completed in just eight days, representing an outstanding achievement for a project of such complexity and scale.

The key factors that enabled completion within this exceptionally short timeframe were careful planning, pipe joining using Victaulic couplings, the use of Victaulic S124 valves, and the connection of the new chillers to the distribution manifolds using Victaulic GH1 flexible hoses. Equally important was the prefabrication of stainless-steel pipe components in the workshop prior to installation.

The project was completed on schedule thanks to the excellent cooperation, coordination, and commitment of the teams from Top Teh, Frigel Firenze, and CMC GROUP.
